With my many years of writing experience, I enjoy telling stories about customers and their needs, bringing them to the forefront. When it comes to cybersecurity, helping organizations understand having cyber asset attack surface management (CAASM) and SaaS management provides them visibility into their attack surface. In the public safety world, it might be about showing how technology could help law enforcement officers get a better understanding of what's happening at the scene so they could enhance their emergency response. For healthcare, it's how technology can provide emergency managers with more ways to protect nurses in a hospital or in the field. In the business world, it might be about helping small business owners understand EMV credit card technology. Or in my personal writing, learning about paddle boarding and pushing through challenges. My writing is known for translating complex language into simple content, helping to humanize challenging topics. And my editing experience has only enhanced my writing skills.
I'm a down-to-earth person who relishes tackling new challenges, but I also thrive when someone shows me something for the first time.
Outside of work, I can be found going to concerts, reading mystery novels, discovering new restaurants, watching great TV (Slow Horses, Shrinking, Only Murders in the Building, The Last of Us and Ghosts) and following my favorite teams, the Boston Red Sox and the Boston Bruins.
